3. Music Content
3.1 MIDI Song Files
TypaTune includes 70 MIDI song files featuring arrangements of traditional, folk, and public domain musical compositions. While the underlying songs are in the public domain (published before 1929 or traditional folk songs), the MIDI arrangements and sequences are original works created exclusively for TypaTune.

The song catalog includes, but is not limited to:
- Traditional nursery rhymes (Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Mary Had a Little Lamb, London Bridge)
- Folk songs (Oh! Susanna, Home on the Range, Red River Valley)
- Patriotic songs (The Star-Spangled Banner, America the Beautiful, Yankee Doodle)
- Holiday carols (Jingle Bells, Silent Night, Joy to the World)
- Spirituals (Amazing Grace, Swing Low Sweet Chariot, Kumbaya)
These MIDI arrangements may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of the TypaTune application without express written permission from Brooklyn Falls, LLC.
3.2 User-Generated Content
Users may create and save their own musical translations using TypaTune. Users retain ownership of any original musical content they create using the application.

TypaTune is designed for educational purposes to help users learn music through typing. The inclusion of public domain songs supports this educational mission by providing familiar melodies that users can practice without copyright concerns.

Without the prior written consent of Brooklyn Falls, LLC, you may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the TypaTune software or content
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
- Use the MIDI arrangements outside of the TypaTune application
- Remove or alter any copyright notices, trademarks, or attributions
- Create derivative works based on TypaTune
